Philippe BREL, Chairman of the Executive Board

Hello everyone,

The start of the season has been particularly dynamic for NSE, marked by numerous events and trade shows. However, the national and international geopolitical contexts remain uncertain, making the outlook for 2025 all the more unpredictable. Nevertheless, NSE continues to make progress and multiply its initiatives.

We are intensifying our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Firstly, we have started implementing in recent months the European CSRD directive on sustainability. At the same time, we have undertaken our first EcoVadis assessment, a key tool for measuring and transparently communicating our environmental, social, and ethical performance.

We are also proud to announce that NSE has been awarded the MODERN contract, for the benefit of the SIMMT, which involves the management of support for NRBC (Nuclear, Radiological, Biological, and Chemical) protection equipment. These essential assets for the safety of the armed forces strengthen our position as a key partner of the French Ministry of Armed Forces, once again demonstrating the trust placed in us.

Furthermore, in early November, NSE had the honor of welcoming to its facilities Army Corps General Christian JOUSLIN de NORAY, Government Advisor for Defense, and former Central Director of the SIMMT. This day was full of valuable exchanges and highlights the close collaboration between NSE Group and the French Ministry of Armed Forces.

The year-end trade shows have also been key highlights for NSE. The European Rotors event, the leading platform for European vertical flight (VTOL), was a great success, during which we signed major contracts with Europavia for the AS365 helicopters of the Spanish Guardia Civil, as well as with SAF Aerogroup and Mont Blanc Hélicoptères (HBG Hélicoptères Groupe). The Marrakech Airshow provided the opportunity to connect with key contacts at the Royal Air Forces Training Base in Marrakech. Finally, Euronaval, the flagship event for the naval and maritime defense industry, allowed us to further strengthen our presence in this strategic sector.

These successes would not have been possible without the dedication of our teams and the ongoing trust of our clients, partners, and suppliers. We sincerely thank you for your support, which allows NSE to continue growing in its key sectors: Aerospace, Defense, Transport, Industry, and Electronics.

Wishing you an excellent read and very happy year-end celebrations,

Take care of yourselves and your loved ones.

Philippe Brel,

Chairman of the Executive Board
