During this last quarter of 2024 and during the year 2025, NSE will implement the CSRD directive (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).
This directive, adopted by the European Union, aims to strengthen transparency and corporate responsibility in matters of sustainability. It requires companies to publish detailed information on their environmental, social and governance (ESG) impacts.
The CSRD is mandatory and is part of the European Green Deal and the EU Sustainable Finance Strategy. It replaces and expands the NFRD (Non-Financial Reporting Directive), increasing the number of companies concerned and specifying reporting requirements. Companies will now have to provide more complete and comparable information, following reporting standards harmonized at European level.
Implementing the CSRD at NSE will allow us to better understand and communicate our sustainability efforts. We are committed to complying with these new requirements and integrating sustainability principles into all our activities. This will not only help us improve our ESG performance, but also meet the growing expectations of our stakeholders.
