Air Mountain & NSE: a customer interview with Raphaël Délèze – ACM for Air Mountain SA.
In a few words, can you tell us about AMT, its business and the evolution of its activity?
- "Air Mountain SA is a Swiss air carrier under AOC, offering scheduled flights, mainly to departure and arrival from “regional” airports AMT takes care of the distribution and sale by seat of its commercial flights, these are low capacity flights operated with a King Air 200 at published times and dates. AMT is positioned between two poles, where everyone would like to meet their expectations... Who are not or no longer with traditional companies as well as low-cost ones; mass market, whose planes to fill have hardly less than 150 seats. And neither in that of luxury and exclusivity that characterizes so-called "business or private" aviation. Our model is rather a remedy for the various excesses and frustrations surrounding the two types of activity mentioned above. To do this, we use an aircraft whose size is adapted to our niche market, the regional market, and for customers who like the reliability and proximity of our service. (In 2021, AMT transported 1,390 passengers in four months with its 8-seater King Air."
What are you looking for in an MRO?
-"A promise - The mountain is a demanding environment just like aviation, which is why safety and reliability are central elements of Air Mountain's operations. Our customers trust us, we We sell them a promise, and our motto is very simple: "We do what we say we do!"
Our requirements and expectations for an MRO go hand in hand with this promise, as such an NSE MRO contracted as an operator's Part-145 plays a central role in the smooth running of AMT's operations."
AMT has been working with NSE for a year for the maintenance and repair of your Beechcraft B200. What are the advantages of this collaboration?
-"Air Mountain, through its CAMO part, places its "production tool" in the hands of NSE. We must establish a reliable way of exchanging information and advice. anticipating them on both sides are the essential assets."
What do you expect from your partners in the coming years?
-"We will continue to build partnerships, to establish solid, reliable links, corresponding to our expectations and with exemplary mutual trust."

-"Yes, because in 2021 NSE fulfilled its mission towards AMT.
