In order to meet the environmental, social and societal challenges that have become essential, NSE is committed to a CSR approach. The deployment of this approach is ongoing with 2 major actions.
During the 2nd quarter of this year, we will publish our first CSR report. Document which will be communicated to all of the group's stakeholders and will be visible and accessible on our website www.nse-groupe.com.
In order to better respond to future challenges and get our employees to adhere to our commitments, we have set up a project group to co-build a CSR awareness module; composed mainly of NSE employees from all the group's sites.
This project group will give a greater dimension to NSE and will make it possible to raise the awareness of all the staff thanks to the reflection of the latter.
In addition and as part of its societal approach, NSE took part in a connected challenge at the end of 2021 bringing together more than forty companies. This challenge, organized by OUI LIVE, was represented by 24 days of fun, sporting and culinary challenges. Thanks to this participation, NSE has financed “Réchauffons les coeurs” boxes distributed to the most disadvantaged. This event was a strong, convivial and festive moment aimed at strengthening not only human ties between employees. Also to allow them, to act collectively for a united cause.
A positive and concrete action appreciated by all, further emphasizing the societal approach desired by NSE.
