Can you introduce yourself and explain your missions within NSE?
- "I joined the NSE group in June 2021 and took over the management of the design department. I have a electronic engineering formation and a doctorate in the design of high-reliability electronic systems, particularly for space applications. I have been enriched by various experiences in France and abroad, in the design and management of high value-added projects, for major contractors in the space, defense and aeronautics sectors.
Within NSE, my mission is to continue to increase: - The satisfaction of our customers, - The quality and performance of our developments while modernizing design processes through, for example, the implementation of visual project management, concurrent engineering techniques and lean development. "
Can you introduce yourself to the NSE design department and its main missions?
- "Our BE is made up of around forty highly qualified engineers and technicians spread over different sites.
We cover 7 business areas, namely:
- Electronics,
- Mechanics,
- Wiring,
- Software Development,
- Optics / Night Vision assistance,
- EMC / RF / FO / Testing & Qualification,
- Avionic Integration.
With more than 60,000 hours of capacity and our extended areas of expertise, NSE supports its customers throughout their Build to Spec projects (at objective cost), by offering them complete solutions, from the project to the serial product, including the modeling and prototyping phases when requested.
We offer our expertise in the management of mechanical, environmental, electrical, optical and electromagnetic constraints as well as technical and industrial solutions adapted to each need thanks to our internal resources:
- Vibrating Pot,
- Climate chambers,
- Darkrooms,
- Waterproofing and salt spray,
- Vacuum bell,
- EMC semi-anechoic chamber.
For example, NSE is present on many sizing projects such as radar systems, on-board equipment for periscope, firing control, recorders (on-board or not), energy management or even electronic weapon system actuators. Our offer meets the requirements of Defence, Aeronautics and Industry sectors.
Finally, the Design department works closely with the Sales department to propose new innovative solutions for future projects. "
